When my wife and I purchased our property in Cape Coral we did not have any idea what we would do for property management. We had rental property here in Rochester for 30+ years and were used to living around the corner from our rental. Now we are starting in a situation that we are thousand miles away from our property.

When we first spoke on the phone I liked the things you said. My values are your values. Since then you come through on all your promises. You helped us through teh post closing bumps in the road (with the water department). In making the necessary repairs, in finding a suitable tenant and dealing with the home owners association (not an easy task!!).
