$250 Lease Preparation (Includes Attorney Fees) + First Month’s Rent Acquisition Fee Includes: Interior/Exterior Photos, Multiple Listing System (MLS) Marketing and Data Sharing, Full Tenant Screening (As Listed Above), Lease Preparation, Lease Signing, Confirmation of Utility Transfer, Collection of Move In Funds (Via Certified Funds Only), Delivery of Keys

Home Watch Services

$65 monthly $120 bi-weekly $225 weekly

Includes: Pickup Mail/ Newspapers, Reports of Exterior Inspections- Confirm Lawn/ Pool Services are being done as scheduled, Overgrown Tree/Shrub Attention Noted. Visual Inspection for Damages both inside/outside. Reports of Interior Inspection- Walk Through, Run Faucets/ Garbage Disposal/ Flush Toilets, Appointment Services/ Coordination of Authorized Maintenance, Delivery, Repairs, Pest Control and Utility Providers for $40 per service call. (Only provided with Home Watch Services)

Hurricane Preparation Services

Install/ Removal of Shutters, Inspection of Damages (When safe to do so)
